Dr. Subh Chatterjee

Dr. Subh Chatterjee has expertise in the areas of organic & polymer photochemistry and in designing functional and reactive polymers. Subh received his Ph.D from Boston University and did his post-doctoral work at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He has 18 years of experience in the areas of photo-imaging, microelectronics, UV and EB curable products and their applications, overall Management of implementing strategic vision through effective team building, appropriate technology development, building IP portfolio, developing appropriate partnerships and successful commercialization of products and sustainable technologies.

Dr. Mikhail Laksin

Dr. Mikhail Laksin has a Ph.D in printing science and has more than 30 years of experience in developing and commercializing innovative printing and ink technologies. Mike has a broad range of expertise covering complex rheology of fluids under dynamic printing conditions, to the interactions of various printing surfaces with inks and coatings under varied conditions, which ultimately dictates print quality. His special area of expertise is with UV and EB curable inks, coatings and adhesives. Over the last few years Dr. Laksin pioneered a game changing printing technology for printing with liquid inks on non-absorbent substrates, where different colors are trapped wet on wet over each other, without requiring any inter-station drying.

Brij Nigam

Brij Nigam Over the last 8 years has been providing key sales & marketing strategies for promoting environmentally friendly UV and EB curable products in North America. He has spent over 17 years in supporting various functions, from developing UV and EB curable inks and coatings, to setting up the manufacturing plant as well as quality control protocols and supply logistics. Brij has an MS in chemistry and an MBA in general business administration.

Bhal Patel

Mr. Bhal (BJ) Patel has over 35 years of experience with UV and EB curable printing inks and coatings for web-offset, sheet-fed, dry offset and flexographic printing processes. He has extensive experience with raw materials, their structure-property relationship and knowledge of controlling compatibility between different materials in a formulation. In addition, BJ has long experience in manufacturing of printing inks and coatings, as well as providing hands on technical support to a broad range of customers.
